Our line of gourmet finishing salts came about as a creative way to preserve our garden herbs, therefore we always start with fresh organic-grown herbs from our own garden whenever possible. Ingredients we don't (or can't) grow are sourced from other local small-hold farms first, before we look elsewhere at other organic sellers. Our sea salt is the best on the market with 82 trace minerals and zero, yes zero microplastics due to it's natural filtration prior to harvest.
